Prior to contacting you, our designer will view your home on the web and examine any planning related information on your property. We will then discuss with you the design options for your loft conversion and explain what you will need to do in clear, simple language.

We are well-known for our in-depth survey and measurement work: learning as much as possible about how the host property has been constructed is of vital importance to design and safely build a loft conversion.

Once you have accepted our fee proposal and placed your order, we visit and fully survey your home.

Site survey.

Following your feedback on the initial drawings, several more revisions of the design may be needed. Altering the drawings to incorporate your comments is always welcome - we want you to be happy and realise that our goal is to find the optimum loft conversion design for your home.

Using our survey information, we prepare the initial design drawings and send to you for your comment. Tell us what you like about your drawings and about anything you want to alter.

Design time.

We set a very high standard for keeping our cusomers updated with the progress of these applications during the 8 week period that they are processed. Contact is maintained with both Planning and Building Control Officers to ensure your applications are processed efficiently.

 

We will make both Planning and Building Regulations applications for you and ensure they are resolved prior to the start of building work.
